Body Identity & the Female Experience

This body of work examines female embodiment through the lens of vulnerability, presence, and the politics of visibility — concerns central to Dintiman's decades-long engagement with feminist practice and her membership in A.I.R. Gallery, the pioneering feminist artist cooperative. Working primarily in palladium printing, a process that renders surfaces with unusual intimacy and tonal depth, she investigates the female body as a site of both erasure and resistance. The series engage productively with contemporary curatorial conversations around gender, identity, and women's art history.
